This document explains how the personal data of users who visit the Mameana.com eCommerce site are managed and processed

This document - formulated pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196 dd 2003, is made solely and exclusively for this eCommerce site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links, over which the owner of the site has no power of control.

Place and method of treatment

The processing of personal data for eCommerce services takes place with automated and non-automated tools, and only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The data controller has set up specific security measures aimed at preventing the loss of data, their illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The processing of personal data takes place at the owner's headquarters. It is possible that the personal data may be provided to other companies of FRENPI SRL, or to other companies external to the group or trusted persons, even located abroad, who are entrusted with the task of processing the data on behalf of the Data Controller. In the latter case, the subjects who process the data on behalf of the Data Controller receive the appropriate instructions, also regarding security and confidentiality measures, to process the data in compliance with this document and the Code regarding the protection of personal data. The data may be combined with other data from third parties.

Data collected and methods of use

Software and IT systems used for the operation of eCommerce, during their process, acquire some personal data:

Information and data provided that can be entered and communicated by the user.

Info and registration data:

When the user registers, he may be asked to enter some personal data to create an account and access the eCommerce services. The data is intended to make navigation easier and to provide the requested services.

User Communications:

The user can provide their personal data via e-mail or other electronic communication system.

The data provided and the email address can be used to communicate with the user in relation to the services and products offered by Mameana owned by the company FRENPI SRL .

The data provided - including the contents of the communication - are stored and processed for the purpose of processing and satisfying the user's request and improving the services offered by the Owner.

Info and navigation data:

Log information: This is information recorded by the servers and which concerns, for example, the IP address, the interaction with eCommerce, browser requests, the time of the request, the status of the response given by the web server, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. This information is collected anonymously, but, by its very nature, can be associated with identified subjects allowing users to be identified.

Cookies: These are data files that websites can send to the address of the user who is visiting them in order to trace his path within the site and collect data in an exclusively anonymous form to improve the offer and usability of the site same. Each user, if they prefer, can however set their browser to receive a warning of the presence of a cookie or automatically refuse to receive cookies by activating the appropriate browser option. Failure to use cookies, however, could lead to difficulties in interacting and using eCommerce.

It is underlined that this data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of the commission of illicit acts against the eCommerce or other sites connected to it. Otherwise, the aforementioned data will be deleted as soon as possible

Third party applications:

When the user accesses third-party applications, the processing of personal data by third parties, however, is governed by the third-party privacy rules.

Purpose of the processing

The personal data collected directly from the interested party, or from third parties, may be processed for the following purposes:

The fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations or other regulatory provisions also imparted by Authorities legitimated by law;

Promotion and sale of the Owner's products and services, carried out through ordinary correspondence, advertising material, e-mail, automated communication systems;

Customer satisfaction measurement.

Optional nature of the provision

The user is free to provide personal data if requested in specific sections of the eCommerce. Failure to provide them, however, may make it impossible to obtain any services requested.

Newsletter

To send the newsletter we use the email address you have given us and only need the consent that you, as the owner of the email address, approve its receipt.

If you subsequently no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can object at any time without incurring costs beyond the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. A communication in text form to the contact details referred to in no. 1 (e.g. via email, fax, letter) is sufficient. Of course, each edition of the newsletter also contains a link to unsubscribe

Secure data transmission

With us, your personal data is transmitted securely via encryption. Of course, this also applies to your order and customer login. We use the TLS (Transport Layer Security) or SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system.

We also protect our WEB pages and other systems by means of technical measures against the loss, destruction, access, tampering or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons.
